Deluxe Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 cups butter or margarine
3/4 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
3 c flour
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg (12 oz) chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs & vanilla. Add salt, baking soda, and flour. Combine until mixed. Add chocolate chips. Place a rounded teaspoon of dough about 1.5 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 min. For large cookies use ice cream scoop, place 6 per sheet and increase baking time to 12-14 min.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 can pumpkin
1 spice cake mix (dry)
1 pkg chocolate chips

Combine & scoop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Youth Temple Baptisms

We had our annual Youth Temple Baptisms the day before Pioneer Day. It was a beautiful, sunshiny day! After baptisms we had donuts and juice outside on the grass.

This is by far one of my favorite youth activities to attend. I hope you all had a wonderful time. I know I did. I wish your parents could've been there to see you radiating Christ's love as you served Him and your fellow brothers/sisters in the temple. :)
